Judgment is people's reaction and perspective toward everyday and usually new events. Judgments are either expressed or unexpressed. The reason some judgments remain unspoken is that one side of the judgment relates to the individual and their emotions. Envy, for example, is a type of judgment that is often left unsaid. Judgments are superficial perspectives on a subject and are mostly shallow and empty statements. Distinctions are often the main factor in forming judgments. The thing is, we all judge, even if we don’t say it out loud. It’s like a reflex—someone does something, and boom, we already have an opinion. Sometimes it’s fair, sometimes it’s just based on how we feel in the moment. And let’s be real, a lot of judgments are based on what makes us uncomfortable or different from what we’re used to.
